HP / Agilent 4263B

The Agilent Keysight 4263B LCR meter is economical and easy to use test instrument for either component evaluation in a production environment or fundamental impedance testing in a lab.  The 4263B has five test frequencies for testing under your desired conditions: 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz, and 100 kHz. An optional 20 kHz test frequency can be added to those five frequencies (Option 002).
