The Wiltron 6600B Sweep Generators combine the latest microwave and microprocessor technology to produce a general-purpose swept signal source that makes the most accurate microwave measurements - in automated or manual systems.  From a selection of 42 models, you choose the exact combination of capabilities you need: wideband sweep, narrowband sweep, and high power.  all models feature exceptional source match, signal purity, frequency accuracy, resolution, and output flatness to improve the accuracy of your microwave measurements.
