This is a great choice for driving mixers or other high power application up to 26.5 GHz.  This unit is specially configured with no modulation or attenuator, but it is set up to deliver more than the normal power levels.  We don't have any specifications nor option number but our technicians have verified that the output amplifiers and circuits are not the standard ones found in most 8673D's.  This unit has been tested and found to maintain a locked and levelled condition at +10 dBm across it's entire band.

The 8673D Synthesized Signal Generators are full performance synthesizers designed to generate precise microwave signals over 50 MHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range. These generators offer calibrated and leveled power, digital sweep, programmability, and frequency extension capability to 60 GHz.
