MFR / Model:  Thorlabs - the part numbers I can see are 973/579-7227, SM2RC, MSRP01.  I can't identify the other parts.

Condition:  As Pictured - looks like one of the end pieces on the tube has some broken plastic

Testing Performed:  none.  not sure what it does or how to use it.
