The 2795 Spectrum Analyzer is a high performance, late model analyzer.  These units replaced the venerable 490 series (495 and 496) in the early to mid 1990's.  If you are considering a 495, 495P, 496, or 496P - just a few extra dollars will get you a newer, higher performance spectrum analyzer with better features and usability.
