MFR / Model:  Stanford Research Systems SR640 Dual Channel Filter. 

Condition:  As Pictured.  Good condition with minor wear.

Testing Performed:  Channel one is working.  Channel two is defective.  It has a large 60 Hz signal on the output with no input.  Also has approx 3.5 dB insertion loss.  Unit could be used as a single channel unit, repair project, or for parts to repair another unit with one bad channel.

Warranty:  10 day right of return only if channel one is not working properly.
