Condition:   As pictured.  one side of the carry handle is loose.  looks pretty good otherwise.

Testing Performed:  Non functional.  I got some readings that were close but non-repeatable on DCV, and stopped there.  May just need a good switch cleaning or may have deeper issues.  For parts or repair only.

Accessories Included:  one pair of test leads.
