MFR / Model:  Vintage Rubicon Model 2746 Potentiometer.

Condition:  As Pictured - no damage noted.  Could use a cleaning and sticker removal.

Testing Performed:  Untested.  There is a door in the back with three standard cells inside which have between 1.2-1.4V on them.  I didn't measure any voltage on the EMF terminals but don't know anything about the operation of this item.  There was a GE222X lamp floating around inside.
