Midwest Microwave model 3551 fixed attenuator set.  DC-18 GHz.  Four pieces - 3, 6, 10, and 20 dB.

Note - listed price is for one set, not both sets pictured. 

Condition:  As Pictured.  the carry boxes are falling apart and the foam is disintegrating but hasn't contaminated the parts yet.
