The IFR Marconi 2031 signal generator operates over the frequency range 10 kHz to 2.7 GHz with .1 Hz resolution.  It includes Amplitude, Frequency, and Phase Modulation with two internal modulation oscillators.

It operates over a wide amplitude range of at least +13 to -144 dBm.  Operation is simple and intuitive with a large LCD plus GPIB programmability.
