The TB9 grating filter is designed for high performance laboratory and production testing of single-mode fiber-based components and subsystems (Figure 1). Single- and double-pass grating configurations are available to provide high rejection and narrow bandwidth. Optical performance for the C-band is optimized in the 1530 to 1570 nm window, but the filter can be controlled over the wavelength range of 1460 to 1575 nm. Optical performance for the L-band is optimized in the wavelength range of 1525 to 1625 and has a tuning range of 1460 to 1575. Six standard models are available with different bandwidths and optical performance.
