Condition: As Pictured. Fair condition with minor scuffs and scratches, stickers, missing feet and pushbutton switchcaps that have come off. We can take care of all the cosmetic issues if you want, but that will add $200 to the sale price. Contact sales if you want the cosmetics fixed.
Testing Performed: Output frequency is unstable and out of tolerance. It may be unlocked but some lamps are burned out on the front panel so unlocked may just not be illuminating when it should. Assume the internal memory battery pack is old and possibly corroded. We can replace this and clean it up for $100 additional on request.
