Condition: As Pictured.  Minor scratches and normal wear.

Testing Performed:  The analyzer displays a signal but the reference level, attenuator, span and resolution switches do not work.  This is pretty common and there are plenty of references on blogs about how to fix them.  for example -

It is possible there could be more problems after the front panel is fixed.  If you need additional parts, we may be able to supply an additional unit from our scrap pile for the cost of shipping.
