The HP 71452B is a diffraction-grating OSAs that provides spectral measurements of optical power versus wavelength and features for measuring and characterizing optical components, amplifiers, LEDs, DFB lasers, and Fabry-Perot lasers.

  • Range 600 to 1700 nm
  • Span range (continuously variable) 0.2 nm-full range and zero span
  • Absolute wavelength accuracy ±0.2 nM (after user cal)
  • RBW FWHM <0.08 and 0.1 to 10 nm in a 1,2,5 sequence
