The Agilent 16085B terminal adapter converts the terminal configuration of the 4-terminal pair LCR meters and impedance analyzers into a 7mm terminal configuration. This means that instruments that do not have a 7mm terminal connector can use test fixures with a 7 mm terminal connector.

  • Measurement Instrument: Agilent 4194A, Agilent4263B, Agilent4278A, Agilent4279A, Agilent 4284A, Agilent 4285A and Agilent E4980A
  • Frequency: DC to 40MHz, DC Bias: -40V to +40V
  • Operating Temperature: 0 to 55degC (same as for measurement instrument)
