MFR / Model:  HP 16055A accessory kit.

Condition:  As Pictured.  No damage noted but the foam is breaking down so the accessories are protected in zip lock bags.  Includes only what's shown in the picture.  The items in the kit don't really fit the cutouts in the foam, so please review the pictures closely.  What you see is what you get.  One picture shows the top side of the two plates, the other picture shows the bottom side.  There are also two packages with some jumper leads and mini-grabbers that are shown in one picture. Also includes three round sockets not pictured.  One has 8 pins, one has 10 pins, one has 12 pins.  The one mounted on the plate also has ten pins.
