Condition:  As Pictured.  Shows its age and could use a good cleaning.  There is a small crack in one of the meter glass faces.  Power cord is cut off and needs to be replaced.

Testing Performed:  Untested.  The voltage control moves smoothly, the stitches click normally and the meter needles move normally when the item is moved around.

Warranty:  As-is for parts or repair.
