The 578B is a multifunctional microwave frequency counter. The 578B is not only able to perform frequency measurements but can tune and phase lock an external signal source over a wide range of frequencies.

  • Sensitivity: 25 mV (band 1); -20 dB (band 2); -30 dB to 12.4 GHz, -25 dB 12.4 GHz to 18 GHz; -20 dB 18 GHz to 22 GHz, -15 dB >18 GHz (band 3)
