Condition: Overall good condition.  Minor wear with no damage noted.  As pictured

Testing Performed:  Our notes say all channels have excessive offset current, but when we pulled it off the repair shelf to take another look at it, now it says the taskcard says is incompatible.  So it may have two different issues.  Parts or repair only.
