MFR / Model:  Cushman model 4000 CE-4000 Radio Communications Test Set.  Note the model number on the rear label says 4000-OP-01 which I assume is option 01 but I have no information on it.  Also it has a sticker below that that says M02.  I assume that may be an option also.

Condition:  As Pictured - no damage noted.  Could use some cleaning.

Testing Performed:  Tested ok several years ago and it's been sitting on the shelf since then.  If there is a battery installed, it's very old and would definitely need replaced.  Powered up for picture only. 

Warranty:  Ten day right of return if not working correctly aside from any battery issues.
