5 in/lb to 250 ft/lb Digital Torque Calibration System
The CDI Digitest is a 5 in/lb to 250 ft/lb Digital Torque Calibration System with accuracy of 0.25 percent of indicated value. The Digitest is comprised of the 950DT Indicator, TTPM-41 4-in-1 Transducer, and the 250L-1 Mechanical Loader.
The 950DT Digitest system indicator allows easy selection of 7 torque units (ft-lb, in-lb, in-oz, Nm, dNm, cNm, mkg), and is designed to operate in either manual or power tool modes.
The TTPM-41 4-in-1 Transducer covers the entire range of 5 in/lbs to 250 ft/lbs in 1 transducer package.
The 250L-1 Mechanical Loader provides a stop that holds the torque wrench handle in a fixed position and rotates the transducer under the wrench drive. The system applies a precise, monitored torque to the wrench up to 250 ft/lbs.
Power Tool Testing - A joint rate simulator is required when testing a power tool to allow start-up rotation of the tool’s armature. The simulator is experimentally adjusted to replicate the average joint hardness of the intended work.
