MFR / Model:  Bruel & Kjaer model 1615 band pass filter set.

Condition:  As Pictured. 

Testing Performed:   Power on only.  When turning the dial, I noticed the pointer is a little difficult to move across part of the dial.  When I looked closer I could see the plastic cover is pushed in.  It could probably be pulled back into its normal position fairly easily.

Warranty:  AS-IS

Accessories Included:  Pictured is a box full of random B&K accessories that you can have for shipping cost if you want it.  I don't think any of the accessories actually go with this item.  Contact sales for shipping cost if you want them.
