Condition: As Pictured - Cosmetic issues include front panel overlay peeling around the edges, broken plastic case latches, cables aren't in perfect condition, plenty of dirt scratches, etc.
Testing Performed: One of our tech's looked at it several years ago and he said that it blows the main breaker at around 7 kV. It's been sitting here since then waiting for someone to fix it, but we have way too many projects and too little time so it's time to move it out cheap.
