The Agilent Keysight 11713B attenuator/switch driver is a portable benchtop instrument in a self contained half rack package which offers front-panel or remote drive control for up to two programmable attenuators plus two SPDT switches.

It can also be used to independently control as many as ten switches. Designed for both benchtop and ATE environments, the 11713B provides an intuitive user interface, a variety of switching options, software programmability and remote control features for all your testing needs.

Fast easy front-panel and remote control of ATE systems

Front panel push-buttons and an easy-to-read LCD display simplify the setup of functions such as voltage, TTL functions, IP address, etc. Powerful software programming and a choice of GPIB, USB or LAN connectivity and software instrument drivers provide instrument and programming compatibility.
