Condition:  As Pictured.  Good condition with normal wear.

Testing Performed:  The analog meter doesn't work.  The fan is intermittently noisy.  The switches all seem to work ok but the frequency range switch feels gummy and probably needs cleaning or exercising.  Otherwise tested ok.
