MFR / Model:  HP 8640B Signal Generator.  500 kHz to 512 MHz.  Note the rear panel says opt 002 but the internal doubler doesn't appear to be installed. 

Condition:  As Pictured.  Good condition with minor wear.

Testing Performed:  The Frequency display doesn't change with the range switch.  It acts like the generator is always in the 4-8 MHz range.  AM and FM are not working.  Otherwise the output signal is correct and changes with the range switch as it should.
