MFR / Model:  HP 8640B with Opt 003 (Reverse Power Protection).

Condition:  As Pictured.  Good condition with minor wear other than the output level knob which has some lettering starting to wear off.  The AM slide switch is broken off.

Testing Performed:  Tested good aside from the AM slide switch, and FM is out of tolerance.  Will need to be adjusted.
