AVO Multi-amp PSA-100

MFR / Model:  Multi-amp PSA-100 Combined Phase Shifter / Phase Angle Meter , Multimeter, 120V input power.

Condition:  As Pictured.  Good condition but two banana jacks (common and amps) are missing on the top section.  Front cover is missing hinge and latch hardware.

Testing Performed:  Untested except to power on.  Top section powers on with a standard dB9 cable (included).  Has a sticker that says it needs repair but no details.  Probably may have something to do with the two missing banana jacks.
