The Tech-X line of intelligent handheld field test units includes ADSL 2/2+, ATM, IP, and copper feature sets that allows service providers to install and troubleshoot next generation broadband services while increasing service efficiency with automated and integrated fault diagnosis. 

The Tech-X field tester employs Spirent Communications' automated expert diagnostics to accelerate the field troubleshooting process by analyzing and correlating various test results to identify faults and prioritize those with the greatest impact on service. Leveraging Spirent's Tech-X platform, service providers will possess the features required to quickly and confidently deploy and maintain xDSL, FTTx, and IP-based services.
