Clear and sharp thermal images with unique Fine Resolution capability
The U5855A comes with Fine Resolution capability, which enhances the
quality of thermal images by reconstructing the image based on multiple
continuously captured infrared frames. This allows the U5855A to achieve
an effective resolution of 320 x 240 pixels from a 160 x 120 pixel
detector. And with the 4x digital zoom capability, it can magnify the
thermal image of a far-away object to quickly spot problems and reveal
even finer details. Now you are able to carry out more in-camera
measurements and analysis with the in-camera monitoring capability for
quality or diagnostic checks with its 0.07°C sensitivity.
Predictive maintenance
The U5855A TrueIR thermal imager allows engineers to safely and
efficiently identify potential faults without shutting down the systems
or disrupting the productivity of an industrial plant. The U5855A
reveals finer details, especially when inspecting small cracks on
industrial pipelines even from a distance away. And its light and
ergonomic design allows engineers to comfortably use the thermal imager
for longer periods of time, and operate it single-handedly in tight
locations while easily changing settings or accessing frequently-used
functions — such as torch light and laser pointer, auto scaling or
trigger — with its quick access buttons
The U5855A also comes with a variety of measurement and analysis tools to help you monitor temperature over time, do min and max temperature tracking and more so that you can easily obtain heat patterns, dissipation and etc. The U5855A comes with a built-in quick start tutorial to help you get familiar with thermal imager quickly.
What's more, with the complimentary TrueIR Analysis and Reporting Tool, you can easily import, analyze and edit thermal images and quickly generate reports using ready templates. You can also display thermal images, visual images or thermal-visual images side-by-side for further analysis.
